Jean Véronis

Jean Véronis is professor of linguistics and of data processing at the university of Provence, chair Association for the automatic treatment of the languages, and consulting near various companies of technologies.

He taught several years in the United States, in particular in very selective Vassar College and was one of the most active members of the Text Encoding Initiative.
