Jean Snella

Jean Snella , born the December 9th 1914 in Mengede (today Dortmund) and deceased the November 20th 1979 with Metz, was a Football or French become trainer.

He is assistant of Albert Batteux during the World cup 1958 then becomes selector of Blue with Jose Arribas after the World cup 1966. He gives up after only four matches (2 victories and 2 defeats). the Abbé Snella also involved OGC Nice (dolphin in Division 1 in 1973; club with which it is indicated French trainer of the year in 1972), FC Metz, and the Swiss club of the Servette of Geneva (two titles in championship of Switzerland, in 1961 and 1962, and a cut of Switzerland in 1971, with this last).

A platform of the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard bears his name.
