Jean Piat

Jean Piat (born the September 23rd 1924 with Lannoy, Northern) is a French actor and writer.

Biography

It enters to the Comédie-Française on September 1st 1947 and member about it on January 1st 1953 becomes . It leaves it the December 31st 1972 and on January 1st 1973 becomes honorary member about it.

He is officer in the Order of the Légion of honor, officer in the Ordre of Arts and the Letters, large officer in the Order of Merit.

He was married with the actress Francoise Engel (deceased in 2005), professor of dramatic art to the Cours Simon. It was Mrs. de Bouville in the 1e version of the cursed Kings .
