Jean Nguza Karl-I-Jump

Jean Nguza Karl-I-Jump , born in 1938, was the Prime Minister Zaire of the August 27th 1980 with the April 23rd 1981. It is exiled in Belgium to join the opposition to the president Mobutu Sese Seko. He was Prime Minister for a second mandate of the November 25th 1991 with the August 15th 1992. He was also Ministre for the Foreign affairs of 1972 with 1972, second once of 1976 with 1977, and for third once of 1979 with 1980. He dies the July 27th 2003.
