Jean Minjoz

Jean Minjoz is a Politician French born on October 12th, 1904 with Montmélian (Savoy) and deceased on November 18th, 1987 with Besancon.

Born in Savoy. Comes to live Besancon with his/her parents in 1911. Imprisoned two months by the Germans, in 1944.

Former mayor socialist of Besancon (Doubs) of 1953 to 1977 and appointed Doubs of 1945 to 1958.

To Besancon, a hospital bears its name.
