Jean Mendiondou
Leon François Jean Mendiondou is a French politician born on June 25th, 1885 with Oloron-Holy-Marie (the Low-Pyrenees) and died on October 26th, 1961 with Biarritz.
Biography
Lawyer of profession, Jean Mendiondou engages in policy as of the twenty-four years age, like member of the cabinet of Louis Barthou, in 1909, then of 1912 to 1913, and 1920 to 1922. Mobilized during the First World War, it is decorated with the Military Cross and the Military decoration.
He is elected mayor of his native commune in 1935, then appointed in 1936, with the label of the independent Gauche. In the Room, it is interested mainly in the agricultural questions, devoting to it several reports/ratios and its only intervention in public.
July 10th, 1940, it vote against the full powerss with Philippe Pétain.
