Jean Kaspar
Jean Kaspar , born the May 10th 1941 with Mulhouse (Haut-Rhin), is a Syndicaliste French. He began his professional life with old 14 years while going down underground in the mine.
He succeeded Edmond Maire as a general secretary of the CFDT in 1988 before leaving his place to Nicole Notat in 1992. He then was to advise social with the embassy from France to Washington of 1993 to 1996. He has been, for 10 years, consulting in social strategies and Manager of consulting J.K in Paris.
its fields of competence are in particular: - the knowledge of the French and European trade-union organizations - long practice of the negotiation - the contribution to the modernization of the social relations - assistance with the comprehension of the social strategies - the audit of climate and social relations - assistance with the construction and the negotiation of agreements (industrials merger of undertakings, trade union rights, methods of the social dialog…) - the intervention in the training area for senior officers and intermediaries on the social problems, the strategy of the actors, the negotiation, the forecast and the management of the conflicts.
He is in addition Vice-Président of the Social Observatory International and related to Entreprise & Personnel by a partnership contract. He intervenes in various courses of the CNAM, Sciences Po in Master of Human Stock management, of the IAE of Paris, the University of High Alsace (UHA) and of the University of the Marne of the Valley. He was coordinator for the ENA of a seminar on the social dialog (promotion Romain Gary 2003-2004). He is Conseiller Fondation for the political innovation.
He is also the author of two works - “My Engagement” at Flammarion (November 1994) - “To redesign the trade unionism” at Gallimard (April 2001)
