Jean Ier d\' Alençon (Valois)

Jean Ier de Valois , known as Wise the , born in 1385, died with Azincourt in 1415, count, then duke of Alençon and count de Perche, wire of Pierre II of Alençon and Marie Chamaillard. It was the first of the line to carry the title of duke .

Biography

  • It succeeded young person his/her father and lived during one time of confusion, in the middle of the factions which divided the entourage of Charles VI '' Insane the ''. * Marguerite, bastard of Alençon, married to Jean de Saint-Aubin, lord of Courtyards
