Jean III of Nassau-Beilstein (in German Johann II von Nassau-Beilsein), born in 1495, deceased in 1561.

He was count de Nassau-Beilstein of 1513 with 1561.

In 1523, Jean III of Nassau-Beilstein married Anne de Nassau-Weilbourg (1564), (girl of the count Louis Ier de Nassau-Weilbourg)

This union remained without descent.

Jean III of Nassau-Beilstein belonged to the third branch, itself resulting from the second branch of the Maison of Nassau. This line of Nassau-Beilstein belonged to the Otonnienne stem which gave stathouders to the Flanders, the Holland, the Gueldre, with the United Provinces, also a king with the England and the Scotland in the person of Guillaume III of Orange-Nassau, kings and queens with the Netherlands.

Jean III of Nassau-Beilstein was the last count of the line of Nassau-Beilstein which died out with him in 1561.

Into the death of Jean III of Nassau-Beilstein, his county was integrated into the county of Nassau-Dillenbourg.
