Jean Gaston de Médicis , in Italian Gian Gastone de' Medici (born the May 24th 1671 with Florence - died the July 9th 1737 in the same city) was the last large-duke of Tuscany of the line of the Médicis.

Jean Gaston de Médicis died out the July 8th 1737, without descent.
