Jean Duvernoy

Jean Duvernoy is a French historian and lawyer.

Doctor in right and bachelor of arts, he is maintenor of the Académie of the floral Plays of Toulouse since 1989.

Jean Duvernoy is the author of texts and translations on the Catharisme and the Inquisition. Its translation in French of the Registre of Enquiry of Jacques Fournier is at the origin of the universally known book of Emmanuel Roy Ladurie Montaillou, village occitan .
