Jean Dieuzaide

Jean Dieuzaide (born the June 20th 1921 with the Grenade-on-Garonne, Haute-Garonne - died the December 18th 2003) was a Photographe French.

Biography

Wire of a modest family, resulting from the Toulouse area but whose father initiated it with the Photographie, it begins its art little before the Second world war. It gains its fame by collecting the Général de Gaulle at the time of her arrival for the Libération of Toulouse. It takes then the pseudonym of Yan and will work primarily in French south-west, in Spain and with the Portugal. There make in particular a series of stereotypes, remained famous, on Salvador Dali. It is honoured by the Prix Niépce in 1955 and the Prix Nadar in 1961.
