Jean Bouise
Jean Joseph Bouise , Actor French, born the June 3rd 1929 with the Harbor, deceased the July 6th 1989 with Lyon. Accustomed supporting roles, it appears regularly with the cinema since the middle of the Sixties until its death in 1989.
A large supporting role
Born in Le Havre, graduate of the University of chemistry of Rouen, Jean Bouise follow a training course of theater in 1950. It meets then Roger Planchon and takes part in the birth of the Theater of the Comedy of Lyon. It will be also of the adventure of the Theater of the City of Villeurbanne, become T.N.P. in 1972. He will play in the parts put in scene by Roger Planchon, but also in the traditional ones of the repertory: Georges Simpleton, Sanctimonious hypocrite, the honest Schweick soldier, etc
It takes down its first role with the cinema in 1962 in other Cristobal , of Armand Gatti. The film will be presented to the Cannes festival of 1963, but ever distributed in room. It will be then the Capitaine Haddock in Tintin and the blue oranges . Of film film, Jean Bouise becomes one of the impossible to circumvent supporting roles of the French cinema. He thus appears in the things of the life (Claude Sautet), Mr Klein (of Joseph Losey), Z and the Consent (of Costa-Gavras). He will be unforgettable in Old Rifle of Robert Enrico, and will become thereafter an actor of the actors fetishes of Luc Besson: old man who relearns to speak with Pierre Jolivet in the Last Combat , chief of station in Subway , uncle Louis in Great Blue .
Its play selected and moderated, its provided moustache, its major voice, its small eyes of myope masked behind of the glasses, often intend it for worrying roles, but also for characters full with humanity, in which it proves particularly touching. It thus became one of largest the " seconds rôles" French cinema.
Masking its disease behind its good mood (“It disappeared without one realizing some”, noticed Luc Besson, in its homage), it dies on July 6th, 1989 at the Leon-Bérard Hospital of Lyon, of a lung cancer. Its last film, Nikita (which he will never see finished), will be dedicated to him by Luc Besson. It is buried, under an almost anonymous flagstone, with the cemetery of Saint-Hilaire-with-Brens, in the Isere.
He was the husband of the actress Isabelle Sadoyan.
