Jean Jacques Auguste Billard (born the February 24th 1893 with Malesherbes (Loiret) - died the July 3rd 1968 with Rheims) a personality of Rheims.

Officer of the Legion of honor, surgeon, professor emeritus of surgical private clinic at the medical college and chief of the department of surgery of the hospital of Rheims .
