Jean Baptist Alexandre Stroltz (born with Belfort the August 6th 1771 - died the October 27th 1841 with Paris).

It was general, baron of the First Empire and Pair of France.

At the time of the Bataille of Waterloo it ordered the 9th division of cavalry.
