Jean Béthisac , Favorite adviser and of Jean Ier de Berry, brother of Charles V.

Presentation

He cruelly oppressed the inhabitants of the Languedoc, whose duke was governor. Charles VI made it stop and judge: implied at the same time in a charge of Heresy, it was condemned to be burned alive on a Bûcher in 1389.
