Jean-Yves Gallou
Jean-Yves Gallou , born the October 4th 1948 with Paris - 14 {{E}}, is a senior official (general inspector of the administration) and Politician French.
Biography
First general secretary of the Club of the Clock, it initially engages with the Union for the French democracy (UDF). He belongs to the cabinet of Alain Griotteray and to the management committee of the Republican party, main component of UDF. As of 1969, it adheres to the Groupement of research and studies on European civilization (GREECE), with his/her friend Yvan Blot: they create a section with the Institut of political studies of Paris. It consequently develops its critical sharp against the “road roller of immigration, crushing machine the people and the ethnicities” (quoted in Libération , January 15th 1999).
In November 1983, it becomes assistant with the culture of Patrick Devedjian, new mayor of Antony. It is then one of the principal organizers, with Jean-Paul Hugot, François-Georges Dreyfus and Bernard Mérigot, of the Association of the elected officials for the freedom of the culture, formed by right elected members, who oppose the policy followed by Jack Lang, socialist minister for the Culture.
To the autumn 1985, it adheres to the FN, of which it becomes one of the principal intellectual contributors. Patrick Devedjian then withdraws to him its delegations with the town hall of Antony.
It is one of the theorists of the concept of “National preference”, argument headlight of the National front (FN).
He is the president of group FN to the District council of Ile-de-France of 1992 to 1999 and appointed European of 1994 to 1999. He is also national secretary of the FN charged with the elected officials.
May 2nd, 1990, he is condemned In first authority to eight thousand francs of fine for “racial slandering”, following an article published by the daily newspaper Présent . Mr. Gallou had affirmed that “the young beurs” profit from “impunity” when they “travel free in public transport, when they make arms of honor to the police officers, when they attack the town halls, police stations, impunity because the laws antiracists and the application which is made by it give them privileges. ” Jean-Yves Gallou was also condemned to pay five thousand francs of damages to MRAP, and to pay the publication of the judgment in two newspapers. This judgment is cancelled on January 30th, 1991 by the 11th room of the Court of Appeal of Paris which déboute the MRAP. Continued in other Jean-Yves businesses Gallou, always ended up obtaining win in Court of Appeal (Versailles, October 7th, 1991) or before the Court of appeal (January 18th, 1994).
Near to Bruno Mégret, it takes part in the scission of the National front which will give rise to the National republican movement, but gives up a few years later its responsibilities within this party all while remaining member about it. He is president of group MNR at the district council until in 2004.
In 2003, Jean-Yves Gallou created the Foundation Polémia, a Think tank whose activity proceeds primarily on Internet.
He directs since November 2007 a daily “bulletin of reinformation” on Radio courtesy.
