Jean-Sebastien Mouche is an imaginary character born from a Canular which would date of April 1st 1953.
In agreement with the director of the company of the Parisian “Boats Flies”, the journalist and writer Robert Escarpit write a biography of Jean-Sebastien Mouche, of which it make at the same time the collaborator of the Baron Haussmann, the inventor of the water-buses, and the creator of a body of police inspectors specialized in the information and called “Mouchard S”. This hoax survived not badly of time, and today still it happens that one lets oneself there take.
