Jean-Pierre Ferrière is a writer, scenario writer and French dialogist born with Châteaudun the March 4th 1933.

Profession Author

At the time of its military service carried out with Casablanca and Reduction, with the Morocco, Jean-Pierre Ferrière writes parts for Radio Morocco who will be accepted and diffused by this station. With its return in France, he answers a Classified published by the Figaro and becomes thus the secretary, during nearly one year, of Brigitte Bardot.

A friend makes read with Frederic Ditis, in the search of new young people authors for her publisher, her parts " marocaines". Filled with enthusiasm, this last convenes Jean-Pierre Ferrière and a contract proposes rather quickly to him. We are in 1956 and, although perplexed and little justified, Jean-Pierre Ferrière initially gives up Brigitte Bardot then begins the drafting of a manuscript which, finished, is given to Frederic Ditis. The reaction of the editor is mitigated but in front intransigence of the author, it is resigned to publish in 1957 " Corpses in solde" , with a splendid signed cover Gianni Benvenuti. Success with 50000 specimens sold in a few weeks and of many letters of readers asking one following the adventures of White and Berthe Bodin, the two sisters heroins. On the whole, the series will comprise 7 titles.
