Jean Pierre Faye , born in 1925 has Co-founded the review Such as it is. It leaves this publication to create in 1967 the review Change with Jacques Roubaud. Joined by Philippe Boyer, Jean-Claude Montel, Jean Paris de Monmartel, Leon Robel, Mitsou Ronat and Saul Yurkiévich, Jean-Pierre Faye (the Lock, Price Renaudot 1964) develops the Movement of the exchange of the forms, bases transverse regroupings and theoretical variations of which the goal is included/understood around this formula: “The language, while changing, changes the things”.

Jean-Pierre Faye is the author of considerable tests such as Théorie of the account and Totalitarian Langages . Its work is distributed between narrations ( Between the streets , the Break , Battement , Analogues , Troyens ) and of the prosepoésies: River reversed , folded Colors , Glasses , Syeeda . This writer of the literary creativity is to be also counted among the intellectuals most politically active of the 20th century, beside Gilles Deleuze, Michel Foucault, Bernard Pingaut.

After having cofondé in 1981 the International College of Philosophy, it is since 1986 president of the European University of Research.
