Jean-Pierre-Léopold Baraquin

Jean-Pierre-Léopold Baraquin is a French draftsman born on November 15th, 1813 in Mortefontaine, died on July 12th, 1892 with Pierrefonds. It was section engineer of the Bridges and Chaussées with Soissons, and at the time of its retirement with Pierrefonds describes with the watercolour the landscapes of its area.

Works

The essence of its work is preserved at the museum of Soissons. Except Pierrefonds, in the department of the Oise, and Mortefontaine (not localisable) all these sites are in the department of the Aisne.
