Jean-Paul Viguier
Jean-Paul Viguier , born in 1946 in Azas (Haute-Garonne) is a French architect. Graduate of the 3Ecole Nationale Sup3erieure of the fine arts where it will found the UP5, Jean-Paul Viguier will profit from Arthur Sachs Fellowship for the Université of Harvard where it will obtain off Master City Planning in Urban Design.
