Jean-Paul Frouin

Jean-Paul Frouin is graduate Institut of political studies of Paris and former student of the National school of administration.
It was prefect of the Meuse (1986-1987), prefect of the Yonne (1988-1992), prefect of the Haute-Savoie (1992-1993), Corsica prefect of , prefect of the Corse-du-Sud (1993-1994) and main adviser in extraordinary service with the Court of Auditors (1994-1999). From 1999 to 2004, he exerted the vice-presidency of an agro-alimentaire.
Since May 2004 he is president of the National Commission of public debate (CNDP) of the project Georges Besse II.
