Jean-Paul Céré

Jean-Paul Céré , born the April 19th 1967 with Pau (Yrénées-Atlantiques), is a French university lawyer. After having made its studies at the university of Pau and countries of Adour, he becomes doctor in right of this university in 1998. Penal law professor with the Faculty of Law of Pau and with the Faculty of Law of Campos (Brazil). He is international specialist in the right of the execution of the sorrows and the Prison.
