Jean-Paul Buffelan-Lanore is a specialist in the right of new technologies. Currently, it ensures of the missions of teaching, abroad, at the University of Bologna (Italy), with the catholic Université of Leuwen - the-New (Belgium), in Venezuela, in Brazil, in Argentina, in Canada, in the United States, at the University of Łódź (Poland), at the Lebanese University of Beirut, etc

Its career

Born the April 12th 1931 with Toulouse, Jean-Paul Buffelan-Lanore made there his beginnings as lawyer in 1952 before reaching, in 1968 with the Barreau of Paris where it remains registers during 30 years. In addition, it continues a scientific career of researcher: boarder of the Foundation Thiers, attached to the National center of the scientific research (CNRS), Director-founder of the Information center of the Research institute of data processing and automatic (IRIA - University of Paris XI), university lecturer and then professor at the University of the Gabon, then of Madagascar, and, with its return of co-operation, professor-director of the Research institute in legal data processing (IRIJ - University of Paris VIII) and Operations manager near the Presidency of the University.

Professor Jean-Paul Buffelan-Lanore is one of the pioneers of the Legal data processing in France which it contributed to found in the years 1967 - 1974 (with Jurindex, first French Bank of legal data in 1970 - 1971, with the Editions Masson).

Doctor in right, arts Doctor, science Doctor of Information, he is Lauréat of the Faculty of Law, the Académie of legislation, the Académie of the floral Plays, the Town of Paris. - Knight of the academic Palms, Knight of the National order of the Merit, Honorary president of the Academy from Languedoc in Paris.
