Jean-Michel Truong
Jean-Michel Truong is psychologist and philosopher of formation.
He was born in 1950 with Wasselonne in Alsace and made his studies at the University Louis Pasteur and the University Marc Bloch of Strasbourg.
Former teacher and researcher in Université of Strasbourg, it is knowledge engineer, expert in Artificial intelligence. Founder of Cognitech , first European company specialized in artificial intelligence, it was consulting in Innovation and Technology transfer, and taught until June 2007 with the central École of Paris. Living in Beijing (China) since 2003, he advises european companies of high technology (telecommunications, aerospace) eager to invest in this country.
Beyond its activity in IA, he is novelist, essay writer and wrote works of artificial intelligence.
In 1983, it deposited the word “Cognitique” with the INPI. It defines the term as “scientific and practical discipline technical, connects data processing, which has as an aim the acquisition and the formal representation of knowledge and the modes of reasoning, for their simulation using computers”.
