The Edouard business

When in 1965 the singer Antoine obtains an enormous success with the wild imaginings of Antoine , the character, his style, the name of his song and his text cause many homages and pastiches (Jean Yanne and Jacques Martin, Guy Bedos…). Among those, some Edouard which sings provocative texts towards some Leon which is not other than Antoine himself:

Your harmonica tires us, Leon If you played rather of the accordion

Estimating that there is Plagiat, the producer of Antoine makes seize the disc. Immediately another leaves there:

do not be afraid, Antoinette You know well that you seized me You which are beautiful as sand, Antoinette the insaisi sand of the love

It is learned quickly that Edouard is not other than Jean-Michel Rivat affublé of an immense wig. The hoax will leave it there.
