Jean-Michel Ribes

Jean-Michel Ribes (born the December 15th 1946 with Paris) is a Acteur, author, director of Théâtre, realizer and scenario writer French.

It currently directs the Théâtre of the Roundabout, located behind the Elysium.

Biography

Wire of Pierre Ribes and Jeanne Bernadet it practices the theater as of its youth and founds in 1966 the company of Pallium, with the painter Gerard Garouste and the actor Philippe Khorsand. It creates its first part the muscular strawberries in 1970. In 1974, it assembles its second troop with Michel Berto, the Berto-Ribes company.

It côtoie at that time Roland Topor, Jerome Savary, Fernando Arrabal, Copi. Young actors like Andréa Ironwood, Roland White, Gerard Darmon join his company. It puts in scene many contemporary parts: Sam Shepard, Copi, Topor, etc With Roland Topor, Jean-Marie Gourio, François Rollin and Gébé; it created at the beginning of the Années 1980 Merci Bernard and Palace two series with humor pickling for Canal+.

It carried out three feature-length films of which Each one for you , with Albert Dupontel and Jean Yanne.
