Jean-Michel Beau

Jean-Michel Beau , born on September 8th 1943 with Troyes is a gendarme related to the business of the Irish of Vincennes in 1982. " Christian Prouteau is released for the benefit of the doubt " and Jean-Michel Beau sees her sorrow lowered to " 12 months of prison (amnestied) and 6000 Francs of amende". In 1993 Beautiful seems one of the many victims of the business known as of the phone-tappings of the Elysium and constitutes civil part. He assumes obviously, as since the beginning, the expenses of his defense the instruction lasts nearly 10 years in Valat judge. In fine the business comes in judgment by an audience… 4 months, with in the chair Jean-Claude Kross.

Finally Prouteau, Household, Esquivie, Gilleron all will be condemned to sorrows…. already three amnestied times!!! Condemned will not go in call, declaring even their sorrows " right and équilibrées" But the Court will go still further in the their grateful " bénéfice" service-connected fault and will not consider " victimes" that some rare civil parts (Edwy Plenel, Edern-Hallier Consorts, Joel Galipapa, and Antoine Comte, the lawyer of the Irishmen of Vincennes). It will déboutera some purely and simply 55 others!!

22 of them, including inter alia Carole Bouquet and the Lieutenant-colonel Beautiful, will interjetteront call and obtain finally satisfaction on March 13rd, 2007 by a Stop of the 11th Room, chaired by Laurence Trebucq. This legal decision, immediately executory, notwithstanding the appeals formed at once, will reform basic in roof the judgment of first authority, obliging condemned to pay not only damages with the victims, but also a participation in their lawyer expenses. The journalist Jacques Merlino and the Lieutenant-colonel Beautiful will obtain even a publication of the legal decision within the limit of 4000 Euros in the support of their choice. But obviously most important it is that while recognizing condemned as authors of personal faults detachable of the service , the Court allows at the State to be made refund all the expenses of defense which it exposed for them since 1992 in their offering the services of the best tenors of Penal in France.
