Jean-Marie-Theophilus Desaincthorent
Jean-Marie-Theophilus Desaincthorent , born the June 7th 1820 with Cellette (Digs), dead the May 23rd 1881 with Guéret (Digs), is a French politician.
Wire of Jean-Gabriel-Theophilus Desaincthorent, grandson of François-Godefroy Desaincthorent, it is a landowner and the mayor of Cellette. During the Franco-German War of 1870, it becomes ordering 1st battalion of mobilized the Hollow one. Elected official the February 8th 1871, 2nd on 5 with 34.649 out of 50.111 voters and 80.083 registered voters, deputy of Hollow with the National Assembly, it sits among the royalists legitimists. Registered with the circle of the Tanks, it shows its distrust with regard to Thiers in May 1873, supports the president Mac-Mahon and is opposed to the constitutional Lois of 1875.
General adviser of Boussac since the October 8th 1871, it is beaten at the time of the legislative elections of the February 20th 1876 in the district of Boussac with only 501 votes against 5641 with the republican Alexandre Parry, who carries it, and it gives up the political life.
