Jean-Marc Swell
The father Jean-Marc Swell ofm course., managing director of the Seminar Saint-François since 1972, is an outstanding figure of the education deprived in Quebec. For 35 years, it has made Seminar Saint-François an establishment of famous private secondary education, and that with the most pupils in the great area of Quebec. Its establishment of sporting programs of scale made S.S-F., one of the schools most recognized for quality and the excellence of its sporting programs. More half of the attending pupils the Seminar belong to these sporting programs.
Youth
Born with Loretteville the December 15th 1939, Jean-Marc Swell, as of her childhood, seems to be related to the destiny of the Saint-François Seminar. It supplements there its primary studies, its traditional course and its noviciate, before going to study in various universities of Canada and the United States. Then, it returns there in 1968 like organizer and assistant editor for, finally, being appointed managing director in 1972, station which it occupies since.
Its work
On his arrival with the head of the institution, the Boulé father rectified the financial position of the S.S. - F. After its studies in the United States where the sport is very developed, it becomes aware that the pupils largely have need to open out to practice sports activities.
