Jean-Luc Moreau (academic)
Jean-Luc Moreau (born the October 2nd 1927 with Turns, Indre-et-Loire) is a writer, Poète and Traducteur French contemporary.
Biography
It is a very famous writer of the XXe century. It created many receuils of poetry which was spread in the Eastern mode. It Maria with Joséphine of Rosière with which he had 3 children: Geuneviève, Mathilde and Luc.
Work
Jean-Luc Moreau is the author of several collections of poems, accounts, tests, translations, anthologies. He particularly likes to write for the children, for the young people. A great number of its poems were put in music. Among these books of poetry “Moscovie”, “Under the mask of the words”, “the support on the heart”, “Riddles”, “Poems of the green mouse”… Among its anthologies “Poems of Russia”, “Poems of Hungary”… It obtained the Ronsard price in 1963 (jury chaired by Jean Cocteau), the price Verlaine of the House of Poetry in 1973, the price Tristan Tzara (SGDL) in 1986, the price of translation in 1994 (decreed by the Finnish Ministry of Education to a foreign translator), the price Tristan Derème in 2003. Jean-Luc Moreau is commander of the academic Palms since 1992. He is professor honoris causa of the University of Joensuu in Finland since 1995. He has just been named in 2004, member of the Academy of Science, Arts and Beautiful Letters of Touraine.
