Jean-Luc Ballestra is a Baryton French, born in 1976 with Nice.

Career

It is formed with the Trompette and the song with the Academy of music of its birthplace. It very quickly contacts the scene and the public, and as of the 20 years age, it incarnates Mars in Orphée with the hells and Mercutio in Romeo and Juliette with the Opera of Nice. The following years, in several lyric festivals, it approaches a very broad repertory: Morals in Carmen , Schaunard in Bohemian the , Johann in Werther .

Invited national Opera of Paris-Bastille, he played Pantalon in the Love of the three oranges and the Pilot in Tristan and Isolde . In 2006, it is invited in company of Roberto Alagna, with the Opéra of Montpellier in a production of Cyrano of Bergerac of Alfano.
