Jean-Louis de Boubers de Corbeville is a Imprimeur of Brussels born with Lille the June 8th 1731 and died in Brussels the July 30th 1804.
Beginning its activity from printer and publisher with Dunkirk in 1748, it settles with Liege in 1761 and obtains the authorization to be established with Brussels in 1768. Six years later, it carries out one of the most prestigious editions of the complete Ĺ’uvres of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, in 12 volumes, with the address of London.
Obtaining the Privilege of bookseller of the Theater of the Currency, it will print the plays and the light operas represented 1777 with 1799.
Freemason, it belonged to the cabin of Brussels Vrais Friends of Justice .
