Jean-Louis Beffa
Jean-Louis Beffa (born with Nice the August 11th 1941) was chairman of Saint-Gobain of 1985 in June 2007. After having been one of the youngest leaders of companies of the CAC 40, it was one of oldest. There remains today chairman of the board of Gobain Saint. He is the uncle of the type-setter Karol Beffa.
Formation
After studies (secondary?) with Nice, Jean-Louis Beffa is pupil of the Polytechnic school (X), then, like school of application, of the 3Ecole Nationale Sup3erieure of the Mines of Paris (as a engineer-civil servant of the Corps of the Mines, which makes of him a " X-Mines"). Career
Its career begins with Clermont-Ferrand as a mining engineer in 1967. From 1967 to 1974, it does the Management of the Fuels (ministry for Industry?) enter within as an engineer.
