Jean-Jacques Guillet
Jean-Jacques Guillet , Political man French, born the October 16th 1946 with Clichy (Hauts-de-Seine).
He is elected appointed the June 16th 2002, for XIIe legislature (2002 - 2007), in the 8th district of the Hauts-de-Seine and re-elected in June 2007.
He belongs to the group UMP.
Biography
Born in 1946 in the Hauts-de-Seine, Jean-Jacques Guillet , married and father of three children, has lived in the district for 25 years. It is graduate political sciences and made studies of history.
Student with Science-Po Paris it militates in the minority of right-hand side of the Unef before 1968. General secretary of the Federation of the Students of Paris and deeply anticommunist, it is close to Alain Madelin, Herve Novelli, Patrick Devedjian, Claude Goasguen and Gerard Longuet at the time of the events of 1968 but also of the Action Gaulliste coed.
Faithful to the ideals of the de Gaulle General, he quickly exerts functions in the cabinets of two Prime Ministers, Jacques Chaban-Delmas, then Pierre Messmer. In 1974, it enters the private sector and, since 1976, at 30 years, created its press company, of edition and marketing. In 1983, he is elected first assistant of the mayor of Sevres, mandate which he will exercise until 1995. In 1986, he is elected at the district council of Ile-de-France, where he will chair the important commission of Economic development and Employment.
Since 1983 it chairs the SIGEIF, larger and more former intercommunity association of France (5 million inhabitants, 176 communes of Ile de France) which celebrated its centenary in 2004.
Substitute for Claude Labbé of 1988 to 1993, he becomes general secretary of the RPR group of the Senate in 1992 then is elected Député RPR for the 8th district for the Hauts-de-Seine in March 1993.
Re-elected in 1997, it takes part in the countryside for the European elections near Charles Pasqua, President of the General advice of the Top-of-Seine and former minister for the Interior of Jacques Chirac and Edouard Balladur. Concerned of a deep restoration of the right-hand side, making it possible to prevent the rise of the extremes, it provides the functions of general secretary then of vice-president of RPF.
At the time of the presidential elections of 2002, it gives an opinion as of the 1st turn for Jacques Chirac and takes part in the gathering of the right-hand side and the center within the Union for the Presidential majority.
In June 2002, he is re-elected appointed 8th district of the Hauts-de-Seine. He sits within the UMP group and is member of the departmental office of this formation. In 2007, its re-election is ensured, for the first time, as of the 1st turn.
In March 2004, he is elected General adviser. The general advisers of the UMP group and related unanimously indicate it with the presidency of their group. Within the General advice, it controls the project Très High banc - THD 92 -, launched in March 2006, and of which the ambition is to serve in FTTH (fiberoptic) the whole of users Internet of the department of the Hauts-de-Seine.
He is also Vice-Président of the Mixed trade-union of the Slopes and the Valley of the Seine where he represents the department. In June 2005, it succeeds Nicolas Sarkozy with the Presidency of the Company of Mixed economy Co-operation 92.
Member of the Commission of the foreign affairs of the National Assembly, he is the rapporteur of the budget of ecology and sustainable development and all the environmental treaties and international conventions. In 2006, he is the rapporteur of the parliamentary mission of information " energy and géopolitique".
He is administator of the Gaz de France company of 1994 to 1999.
Jean-Jacques Guillet is knight of the National order of the Merit since 1988.
