Jean-Guy Moreau

Jean-Guy Moreau (October 29th 1943 -) is an artist of varieties Québécois, primarily recognized for its work of Imitateur.

Biography

With the beginning of the year 1960, it makes its classes in the boxes with songs by making imitations of the MIME Marcel Marceau, but without much success. It changes formula and launches out in the imitation of the chansonniers of the time (Georges Brassens, Jacques Brel, Gilles Vignault, Claude Léveillée, inter alia). It is a young whole Robert Charlebois which accompanies it with the piano at the time of its first spectacles.

One of its most famous imitations was that of Jean Drapeau, mayor of Montreal. It is this role which one assigned to him for a serious series on the policy: Trudeau .
