Jean-Guy Boilard
honourable the Jean-Guy Boilard is a Juge Québécois. It is recognized to have chaired the Mégaprocès of the Hell' S Angels with the Superior court of Quebec following the Opération Spring 2001.
Its nomination with the Superior court of Quebec date of 1977. He was Crown attorney against the Felquiste S during the Années 1970.
Lawsuit of Hell' S Angels
It was withdrawn from the mégaprocès the July 22nd 2002 and was replaced by Réjean Paul. For this unexpected resignation, it was the subject of a complaint near the Canadian Conseil of the magistrature. It was finally bleached, which went against the wishes of the minister Marc Bellemare.

In 2006, it in particular chaired the lawsuit of Paul Coffin. Whetstone sheath was assigned with residence for its role in the Scandale of the mixed liability companies.
