Jean-François Delmas

Jean-François Bertrand Delmas , (born the January 3rd 1751 with Toulouse - died after the October 6th 1798 with Paris) was appointed of the Haute-Garonne to the legislative assembled of 1791-1792, then member of the national Convention.
