Jean-François Delacroix

Jean-François Delacroix (known as also Lacroix , born with Pont-Audemer the April 3rd 1753 - guillotine with Paris, the April 5th 1794) former deputy with Legislative, member of the court of cassation, deputy of the Convention, it is replaced by Deronzières the 22 fructidor year II (September 8th, 1794).

He is the author of a famous dictionary on the famous women:

portable Dictionary of the famous women , new re-examined and considerably increased edition, two volumes connected, Belin and Volland booksellers, Paris, 1788.
