Jean-Etienne Duranti
Jean-Etienne Duranti , born towards 1534, dead the February 10th 1589
Wire of an adviser to the Parliament of Toulouse, it was Capitoul in 1563, then prosecuting attorney, and finally first president at the Parliament of Toulouse, 1581. He was opposed with force to the furies of the Ligue. After having escaped several times at died while wanting to calm seditions of the people, he succumbed finally victim of his generous devotion: the rebels killed it out of a blow of Arquebuse in 1589.
