Jean-Claude Pertuzé

Jean-Claude Pertuzé is a graphic designer, illustrator and author of cartoons born in 1949 with Lectoure (in the Gers).

After having followed courses to the School of the fine arts of Toulouse, he carries on his activity between the illustration, the cartoon and publicity. As from 1974, it publishes short cartoons in fanzines, the magazines Circus (Glénat editions), then Métal howling.

Its work is mainly devoted to its area of origin, the Gascogne, with an interest shown for the Pyrenean legends .
