Biography
General doctor with Tessy-sur-Vire since 1958, in succession of his father, it enters to the municipal council of his commune in 1965, then, in 1976, with the General advice of the English Channel, of which he becomes vice-president in 1982, then later second (1988) then first vice-president (1998).Near to Jacques Chirac, it leaves the district council of Basse-Normandie in 1993, for the National Assembly, where it succeeds Jean-Marie Daillet for the 1 district of the Manche.
He was also general secretary of RPR charged with the pensioners.
He announces on October 13rd, 2006 that he does not represent himself with the delegation in 2007, and dies one year later, of the continuations of a long illness.
