Jean-Claude Desrayaud
Jean-Claude Desrayaud , born in 1948, is a French trade unionist of the postal and telecommunications authorities. General secretary of the CFDT federation of the postal and telecommunications authorities, it is one of the key characters of the Réforme of the postal and telecommunications authorities of 1990. He signs on July 9th, 1990, in the name of his trade-union organization, a " social" agreement; who deeply reforms the application to La Poste of the statute of the foctionnaires.

Jean-Claude Desrayaud enters to the postal and telecommunications authorities in March 1969, as Contrôleur of the electromechanical installations. Two years later it syndicates with the CFDT.- May 1977: member of the National office of the CFDT of the postal and telecommunications authorities
- 1986: secretary national-assistant of his trade union federation
- November 1987, is elected general secretary of the CFDT federation of the postal and telecommunications authorities, responsibility which it holds until May 1994. He is for this reason one of the three trade-union partners, with Jacques Marçot of the federation Working force and Jean-Pierre Beaufort of the CFTC-PTT, to endorse the reform of the postal and telecommunications authorities, put in building site by the minister Paul Quilès.
- 1995: he is elected with the Board of directors of France Telecom. At the time of this poll, CFDT is preceded by the two trade unions adversaries of the reform: CGT and CUS cumulate 58,6% of the voices, whereas CFDT falls of 33% in 1991, at 18% in 1995.
