Jean-Claude Darcey (born with Lorient in 1949) is a Chanteur d´ opera and d´ Opérette French.
Biography
First price of song in 1971 with the CNSM and first price of Lyric art in 1972, it is engaged with the Opéra of Paris in this same year for Die Drau ohne Schatten of Richard Strauss under the direction of Karl Böhm.It ensures then 180 representations of It was once the Operetta of Jean Poiret with Bobino with inter alia Régine Crespin and Mady Mesplé. He interprets then with the Théâtre of Châtelet Johann Strauss in Valses of Vienna of 1974 with 1976 for 400 representations, then 160 others with Mogador before 120 representations of Rêve of waltz of Oscar Straus.
He records several discs and takes part in radio programs and television. He sings various first d´opérette roles and will d´opéra with Marseilles, Lyon, Bordeaux, Strasbourg and Brussels. It created, with its wife Daniele Fugère, l´ Academy of the Spectacle in 1979 then the Gallant Muses and a concert hall the Theater of the Muses .
