Jean-Claude Allain , is a Historien French, specialist recognized in the diplomatic Histoire and International relations.

Biography

He is professor emeritus of modern history to the Université of Paris III. Former director of the research center Defense and diplomacy in the contemporary world , he is editor association of the reviews contemporary World wars and conflicts and International relations .
