Jean-Christophe Bouvet
Jean-Christophe Bouvet (March 24th 1947, Paris) is an actor, realizer and scenario writer.
Biography
Jean-Christophe Bouvet, French actor, study the cinema, linguistics and the psychoanalysis, at the university of Paris VIII. It meets Téchiné and Chabrol, of which he becomes the assistant. He works simultaneously as an actor, assistant realizer and an author.
Its first big role, the Machine (1977) of Paul Vecchiali in 1977, designates it as an actor with share in the French cinema. He plays in films of Biette, Chabrol, Coppola (Sofia), Godard, Guiguet, the Nullones, Pialat, Vecchiali, Krawczyk-Besson, Moullet, Ruiz, Zidi…
He incarnates in a so convincing way, Pierre Lentier, the character humiliated and rough of the Machine (1977) that Satan, the perverse and complex maquignon of Bernanos-Pialat. He makes the wide variation, of the radical cinema of Biette to the cinema general public of Besson, of the role of cop to that of gangster, with the same jubilation.
From now on committed, Jean Christophe is godfather of the Technological Academic institute of Troyes.
