Jean-Christophe Averty

Jean-Christophe Averty is a man of radio and Télévision French, born with Paris in 1928.

Graduate of IDHEC, it begins with the television in 1952 (then rtf). Since, it signed more than five hundred emissions for the Télévision and the radio, approaching all the disciplines (fiction, report, Théâtre, varieties, Jazz) for which it received a great number of prices (including one Emmy Award with the the United States).

Impassioned since always by Alfred Jarry and the ' Pataphysique, it becomes Satrape of sound Collège in 1990. It made its reputation on its soaked character, its taste of the provocation and its direction of the televisual innovation. Its series the green Grapes (in 1963) made great scandal, in particular because of the persistence of Averty to make pass in each emission a Poupon to the Moulinette. He filmed during years the festival “ Jazz in Juan , and animated until in 2006 his radio program the Nuts of the Variety .
