Jean-Baptiste Lemire
Jean-Baptiste Lemire , born on June 8th, 1867 with Colmar (Haut-Rhin) and dead on March 2nd, 1945 with the Arrow (the Sarthe), is a Compositeur French, author of waltz, steps, hammers. He was Leader.
Entered with the Conservatory of Lyon on October 24th, 1893, it receives a first price of Flûte on July 20th of the following year.
It leaves twice for campaigns war: from April 24th, 1897 to June 13rd, 1900 with Madagascar and from August 1st, 1901 to August 19th, 1902 with the Tonkin.
He becomes chief of brass band on July 15th, 1903.
He was leader in the towns of Saint-Claude, Lyon, Morez, Amplepuis, Lalinde, Anould, Thonon-the-Baths, Châtelet-in-Berry…
