Jean-Baptiste Lallemand

Biography

Jean-Baptiste Lallemand (the artist signs sometimes Lallemant). Painter French born with Dijon in 1716, died with Paris in 1803. After a stay in Italy it returns to Paris and becomes member of the Académie of Saint-Luc. This painter fertile Landscape designer, carries out sometimes pleasant scenes of kind. The Musée of the Art schools of Dijon has many works of him, of which a drawing and a table representing the Château of Montmusard.
